Master’s students in the Department of Special Education study in one of four program areas—including the High Incidence Disabilities program, which leads to teacher certification in the state of Texas. Our Department is routinely ranked among the top 10 peer departments in the nation. This year, U.S. News & World Report ranked us fourth among publics and tied for fifth overall.
