The College of Education is proud to be a part of a university system that is one of the world’s leading research institutions. We value academic research and have been ranked number one nationally in research expenditures, by U.S. News & World Report for six consecutive years. The College of Education places academic inquiry at the very heart of what we do. Our faculty and students are passionate about solving the challenges that face a diverse 21st-century society, and they apply rigorous inquiry to the changing landscape of education and health and wellness. Their inquiry produces innovative ideas that not only add to intellectual thought within their fields and among their peers, but also prepare their students to understand, anticipate and lead change.
