STEM Education Interdisciplinary Program
STEM Education is an interdisciplinary program operated in collaboration with faculty members across the University.
When completing the online application for admission, STEM is not considered a specialization within the Curriculum and Instruction graduate major, but are noted as separate graduate majors.
UTeach Urban Teachers Program
*Please note that this program requires field work in area schools. To undertake that fieldwork, school districts require that university students pass criminal background checks. If a student does not pass a required background check, they will be unable to complete the required work of the academic program. Failure to pass the background check will result in cancellation of our offer of admission. The deadline to apply for this MA + Certification program is May 5, 2017.
Bilingual/Bicultural Education Program
*Application to this program requires one additional item: a Spanish language writing sample. Details including prompt and instructions for submission can be located on the Supporting Materials page.
