This faculty-led study abroad program focusing on language, diversity, and education will enable you to earn SPN and ALD/LAS credits this summer. Students will have the opportunity to instruct ESL to local Maya children while also improving their Spanish proficiency through courses and interactions with local villages. Students will be immersed in the language and culture of Guatemala and will have the opportunity to live with a host family.

This program runs during the Summer Session II (July 6th 2017-August 13th 2017). Be sure to apply before February 15! Learn more about the program at the Study Abroad website and the C&I department's website.
