Reza Norouzian's expertise encompasses two major areas: Instructed Second Language Acquisition (ISLA), and developing advanced quantitative research methods tailored to unique Social Science situations. Norouzian's research has appeared in several flagship SLA journals such as Language Learning, Studies in Second Language Acquisition, Modern Language Journal, and Second Language Research. He has also served as the journal reviewer for all the aforementioned journals as well as the article editor for SAGE Open journal.
