Sophie Lalande is an Assistant Professor and the Director of the Clinical Exercise Physiology Laboratory at the University of Texas at Austin. She received a BSc in Kinesiology from the Université de Montréal, a MSc in Exercise Sciences from the University of Toronto, and a PhD in Sport & Exercise Science from the University of Auckland. Dr. Lalande completed her postdoctoral fellowships in cardiorespiratory physiology and neurovascular physiology at the Mayo Clinic, the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium, and Western University in Canada.
