Brennan Chandler is a Ph.D. candidate in special education in the learning disabilities and behavioral disorders (LDBD) program and a scholar with the National Center for Leadership in Intensive Intervention (NCLII-2). Prior to pursuing his Ph.D., Brennan was a special and general education teacher in public and private settings. At UT, Brennan supports the IES funded development project Self-Determined Learning Model of Instruction for Reading (SDLMI-R) and well as Word Connections: A Multisyllabic Word Reading Program. Brennan's research interests center around reading and writing intervention development for students with dyslexia.
