Eric Hale

Eric Hale is a masters student in the Educational Policy and Planning program at the University of Texas at Austin. He received a B.A in Elementary Education from Elon University and a certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from Via Lingua in Florence, Italy. He has spent 10 years teaching in schools all over the world. As part of his masters program, Eric researched topics related to: restorative justice practices in schools; charter school finance; the need for emotional labor to be incorporated into teacher evaluation programs; and the impact that evictions have on student outcomes.
