Justin Jaskowiak, M.S. currently serves as an Assistant Director for Residence Life for Housing and Dining at the University of Texas at Austin. In that role, he provides direct support and leadership for an undergraduate residential community that includes 5 professional live-in Complex Coordinators, 2 Graduate Assistants, 4 administrative support staff, over 80 student staff, and over 3200 residents. Previously, Justin has worked as a Coordinator for Student Emergency Services in the Office of the Dean of Students at the University of Texas at Austin as well as a Resident Director and Counseling Center Intern at Lee University. Justin is currently enrolled as a Doctoral student at the University of Texas at Austin, pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy. His research interest is on student staff selection processes and applicant experiences across aspects of identities. Justin received his Masters of Science in Mental Health and Counseling from Lee University and his Bachelors of Science in Ministry from Indiana Wesleyan University.
