Kim Ralph
Kimberlee is an Education Policy and Planning master's student in the College of Education and is interning in the office of a Texas State Representative during the Texas 88th Legislative Session. She'll be researching teacher retention policy in Washington, D.C. during summer 2023 as a Graduate Archer Fellow. Her decade of experience teaching in P-12 public schools in South Texas, Central Texas, and Colorado led her to focus on teacher retention, racial equity in education access, and school finance. She looks forward to a future where she can support policy to make public education more equitable for students and more sustainable for educators.
