Bob Knipe is an advocate for Physical Education and for the passionate Teachers who teach students to live a healthy and active lifestyle for life. Teaching History - Bob Knipe has had a number of teaching positions, including the University of Texas Elementary School, an urban demonstration charter school of the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Knipe was recognized in 2011 as the UTES' Teacher of the Year and is active in his local, state, and national association as a member and presenter. Bob Knipe concluded his time at UT Elementary in August 2017

PE Pep Talk Founder - Bob Knipe founded PE Pep Talk to help serve the Physical Education Teachers around the world who are working to create a generation of healthy and active family members, citizens, and leaders. Teachers do not always feel the appreciation, gratitude, and validation of the important work they do for the lives of the children and the families they serve. PE Pep Talk is going to be there to keep them inspired and motivated through social media and face to face contact in order for them to keep up their amazing efforts in our world.

Graduate Student - Starting in the Fall of 2015, Bob Knipe started work toward the next step in his formal education as a graduate student at UT Austin, in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Physical Education Teacher Education. Now in his final year of study, he looks forward to joining a group of PETE Faculty working to create a more healthy and active future for us all.
