Join us for an inspiring talk on the vital role of research in addressing health and education disparities in the LGBTQ+ community. As part of TexCEP’s Equity series, this event will feature expert speakers who will share their insights and experiences on the importance of understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals in accessing quality healthcare and education.

Through engaging discussions, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the issues that impact the LGBTQ+ community, including discrimination, stigma and social isolation. You’ll also learn about the latest research and innovative solutions that are helping to improve health and educational outcomes for LGBTQ+ individuals.

Registration is required for both the in-person and Zoom options. These TexCEP workshops are open to all UT Austin students, faculty, staff and members of the community.
