Coming back to school after taking several days off for the Thanksgiving Holiday is easy when you have free daily morning coffee, yoga, massage, and more! Check out the schedule below and decide how you’d like to participate. Everyone in the College of Education community is welcome!

Tuesday through Friday, 8 – 11 am | Free Creature Coffee and Breakfast Beverages

Yoga with Zoe Mantarakis

Beginner-level class to relax and unwind. Both sessions are limited to the first 50 people to arrive.

11 – 11:45 am, BEL 402 – Open to faculty, staff, and students

Finding Calm and Balance During Hectic Times

Presented by James Butler (he/him/his), Mindfulness Campus Coordinator, Longhorn Wellness Center
This experiential workshop with UT’s new mindfulness campus coordinator will focus on mindfulness-based strategies for stress management and building wellness habits. We will engage in practices with the goal of providing some end-of-semester stress relief, strategies to help us move through finals season as clearly and calmly as possible, and creating/supporting a daily routine to proactively tend to our mental health and overall well-being.

Meditation and Mindfulness
Thea Woodruff from the Longhorn Wellness Center will be on-site to host a student wellness workshop focused on mindfulness, stress management, getting through finals, etc.
