Take a mindful minute with the College of Education as you prepare for the end of the Fall 2023 term. Wellness Wednesday offers a day of community and connection that comes with complimentary coffee, tacos, massages and a mindfulness workshop – need we say more?

Yoga for Stress Relief: an all-levels class that will help your body, mind and energy levels feel better! Open to beginners and anyone who just wants to feel relaxed and at peace. Please bring your yoga mat if you have one; limited supplies of loaner mats will be available for those who do not bring their own (eight mats available). Also, all stretches can be done on the floor without a mat as well.

Designed to help students, faculty and staff learn how to reset and focus. Build your own mindful experience with a variety of activities that center rest, restoration and connection. Take what you need from this come-and-go event, and cultivate presence to bring forward into your day.
