Increasing Hope in Times of Uncertainty

Faculty and staff in the College of Education are invited to join Jamie Justus, LCSW, RYT, Counselor, from UT’s Employee Assistance Program, for a presentation that explores the link between uncertainty and increased stress, anxiety, or lower mood. Participants will learn about the importance of grounding techniques, experiencing emotional reactions, connecting to community, and cultivating hope to help manage in times of uncertainty.
