School Psychology Master’s Program Information Session
Description
Join the College of Education at UT Austin School Psychology (SP) master’s program for a virtual information session with program faculty and staff. Attendees will learn about the Training in Comprehensive, Culturally Affirming Services in School Psychology (TRACCS) fellowship, a program developed to address the rising need for school mental health professionals who are able to provide services for culturally and linguistically diverse students and families.
Additionally, this session will cover:
- Scientist-practitioner orientation
- Education and training in areas of research, assessment, intervention and consultation
- Emphasis on developing school psychologists that promote the healthy growth and development of children and adolescents and provide support to their families and teachers
