Dr. Cody Fernández earned an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Bilingual Education from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley where she has also served as an adjunct professor. She has a masters in Linguistics from the University of North Texas. Dr. Fernández has presented nationally on writing for multilingual learners and program design and implementation of multilingual programs.
