Dr. Malcolm, who currently serves as Executive Vice Chancellor of Operations and Public Affairs, Austin Community College, is an experienced leader in higher education with decades of experience working in various leadership roles throughout the State of Texas. Dr. Malcolm has served in many roles nationally and in Texas creating and advocating for various political policies. Dr. Malcolm is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin Higher Education Leadership doctoral program and currently teaches the Educational Politics & Policy course in the Executive Ed.D. program.
