    Zoe Mantarakis has a B.A. in Philosophy from UC Berkeley and 17+ years teaching experience in the Austin yoga community. She has a deep appreciation for the ancient art and science of yoga as a healing modality with modern relevance and applications. Her approach to teaching is multi-layered, treating yoga as a physical practice and also an educational experience with the opportunity for her students to learn the how's and why's of yoga as well.
