Caroline Hoffman (she/her) is a doctoral student in the program in Higher Education Leadership and Policy at The University of Texas at Austin. A teacher at heart, Caroline is driven to increase access to education through experiential and cross-cultural learning. Her research focuses on policy in international education.
Caroline currently serves as the team lead of global customized programs at Texas Global at UT Austin, where she manages a portfolio of academic and professional exchange programs for international students and professionals. She previously worked in the Center for Community Engagement at UT Austin and taught English as a second language in Madrid, Spain.
