Korynne Reininger is pursuing a Master of Science degree in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Education at the University of Texas at Austin. Her research interests include the measurement and promotion of physical activity and the role the built environment plays in promoting health, particularly in communities with fewer resources and less built environment infrastructure. Korynne is a member of the People, Health & Place Lab and a TA for PED courses.

My research interests and expertise center in the reduction of spatial health disparities in access to environments that enable physically active lifestyles.
