Madeline O'Grady is a third-year Ph.D. student in Educational Psychology, and a Quantitative Methods master's student at UT Austin. She attended Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, where she received her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Special Education.

Madeline works as a Student Fellow for the National Disability Center for Student Success at UT Austin where she assists in researching post-secondary outcomes for students with disabilities. Madeline's research includes using motivational theories to increase access and equity in higher education for students from historically underrepresented groups. She also currently holds a NIH funded Diversity Supplement.
