Meagan Pike Dean is a doctoral candidate in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to her current positions, she taught high school English in the Austin area. Her research interests include the intersection of writing, identity, and agency for secondary and postsecondary students and participatory methodologies for both research and teaching.
