Take a mindful minute with the College of Education as you prepare for the end of the Fall 2022 term. Wellness Wednesday offers a day-long study break that comes with complimentary coffee, tacos, massages and a mindfulness workshop – need we say more? Come refuel and relax with the College of Education!

Need some relief from stress? Constantly distracted by technology? Struggling to stay present? In this interactive workshop, participants will experience different types of mindfulness-based practices. James (he/him/his) focuses on mindfulness through a healing and equity-centered lens.
