Aaron W Voyles
Dr. Aaron W. Voyles serves as the Director for Residence Hall Operations in University Housing and Dining, where he oversees the daily operations of over 200 residence life staff. As Clinical Assistant Professor for the Program in Higher Education Leadership, his teaching focuses on the intersection of power and discourse, particularly within the realm of student affairs work and leadership. Dr. Voyles's research concentrates on post-qualitative and post-structuralist methodologies, discourse analysis, and gender performance. Dr. Voyles also has extensive experience in the Men and Masculinities Knowledge Community for NASPA, having served as both Chair and Scholar-Practitioner.
