Man Chen is an Assistant Professor in the Quantitative Methods program in the Department of Educational Psychology. Her research interests center on developing statistical methods and computing tools for addressing scientific questions in education and psychology. Her primary line of research focuses on solving methodological problems that arise in the application of meta-analytic techniques to real-world datasets, including dependent effect sizes, selective reporting, and publication bias. She is also interested in calculating effect sizes and addressing complex data structure in different designs using multilevel modeling.
