Dr. Rhodes has served as the CEO of multiple institutions in the State of Texas, including Texas A&M University - Central Texas. He has impacted and improved the lives of tens of thousands of students during his storied career. A compassionate and visionary leader with a strong background in higher education finance, his desire to educate the next generation of leaders is unparalleled. Dr. Rhodes is a graduate of the UT Austin Higher Education Leadership doctoral program and currently teaches multiple finance courses in the Executive Ed.D. program.
