College of Education Senior Receives the Janice S. Jones Teacher Scholarship

Ailani Elizondo, a senior in the Special Education program at UT’s College of Education, was recently named a recipient of a 2023 Janice S. Jones Scholarship. This prestigious scholarship is given by the American Association for Employment in Education (AAEE) and awards promising teacher candidates in critical need areas and is designed assist in their career development.
