U.T. Cheerleader Barbie had been languishing for years in the H.J. Luther Stark Center archives when Patty McCain, assistant curator for athletics collections and a former tennis coach at The University of Texas at Austin, decided to show her what she’d been missing. While we’re sure Patty’s Barbie enjoyed getting out, she didn’t have nearly as much fun as Weird U.T. Cheerleader Barbie did back in the day.
