Presented by Texas Exes, join Dr. John Bartholomew for a virtual lecture, “If We Know Exercise Is So Helpful, Why Don't We Move More?” He will present some of the epidemiological evidence for the benefits of exercise and discuss the psychology of behavior behind why people do not maintain an exercise program. Longhorn Lights stars 24 Heritage Oak trees along The Drag that are illuminated with synchronized burnt orange and white lights dancing to music by the Longhorn Band.
