Start Your Career Journey
Texas Education Career Engagement (TECE) supports students as they explore career paths and prepare for meaningful work in education, health and related fields. We provide our students and alumni with access to career resources, employer engagement and professional development and prepare them to work with local, national and global employers. TECE empowers students and alumni to design their futures by building confidence and resilience, making informed career decisions and preparing for careers and lives of purpose.

Career coaching appointments are available to COE students and alumni. We encourage all students and alumni to connect with us so we can show you how to prepare for your career.
Texas Education Career Engagement empowers College of Education students to discover meaningful career goals. We support all students as they connect their career visions with potential employers, opportunities and organizations. We invite you to use our resources to help you reach your career goals.
Students pursuing advanced degrees have unique career and professional development needs. Texas Education Career Engagement and the Office of Career and Life Design in the Graduate School are equipped to help. Our career professionals support career exploration and preparation for jobs in academia, government, business, nonprofit and policy, and more.
Graduates of the College of Education have access to TECE career coaching support, as well as recruiting, job search, professional development and networking resources offered by the COE and the university.
