Jennifer Love serves as the Assistant Vice Provost and Director of the Texas One Stop for Enrollment Services at the University of Texas at Austin. She is an integrated student service leader and professional with experience and knowledge in “One Stops” which focus on the integration of office professionals to serve students from the perspective of the student life cycle. She is experienced in leading collaborative campus change that breaks down institutional silos to improve student services.

Jennifer earned a B.S. in Secondary Education with minors in political science and economics from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and an M.A. in Counseling in Higher Education from the University of Delaware. Jennifer is actively engaged in AACRAO (American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers). Currently, she leads a national working group reporting on mentorship within the workplace and organization and how it relates to succession planning. She is dedicated to supporting student success initiatives and is actively involved with the ISSP (Institute for Student Services Professionals) in both presenting and hosting the annual national conference.

Jennifer has worked at One Stops at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and Columbia University in the City of New York before arriving to support creating the inaugural Texas One Stop for Enrollment Services at UT Austin in February 2019. Jennifer is interested in policy and process design and change management processes within higher education environments. She has experience with implementing modernized systems such as CRMs and student information systems to achieve process improvement outcomes.

Jennifer's research interests include student financial policies, mentorship, and stranded credits.
