Jennifer Love is the Associate Vice Provost for Financial Aid and Texas One Stop at The University of Texas at Austin, where she leads teams with a focus on improving the student experience across the enrollment lifecycle in financial aid and customer service. She is recognized for driving collaborative, campus-wide change initiatives that break down silos, modernize processes, and elevate student support through innovative service models like One Stops.
Jennifer earned her Doctor of Education in Executive Higher Education Leadership in 2023, holds an M.A. in Counseling in Higher Education from the University of Delaware, and a B.S. in Secondary Education with minors in Political Science and Economics from the University of WisconsinLa Crosse. She is deeply committed to advancing student success and actively contributes to the Institute for Student Services Professionals (ISSP) through conference leadership and presentations.
Her career includes leadership roles at One Stops at the University of MinnesotaTwin Cities and Columbia University before helping to establish UT Austins inaugural Texas One Stop in 2019. Jennifers expertise spans policy and process design, change management, and the implementation of modern systems such as CRMs and student information systems to achieve service and process improvements.
