I am a doctoral student with a background in exercise physiology, with specific training in research areas that consist of exercise training/testing and metabolic responses to exercise. I am planning to work as a professor in a research university with my primary focus being to evaluate the effectiveness of time-efficient training models on cardiorespiratory fitness. I am planning to attend a post-doctoral position in a school with a clinical setting. During my postdoctoral program, I am aiming to assess the mechanisms that are improving the muscle and cardiovascular system with power training that has shown to be effective in a healthy population.
