Robert Leary currently serves as the Assistant Director for Student Conduct and Academic Integrity in the Office of the Dean of Students, where he manages residence life and Title IX case referrals. In this role, Robert provides educational and reflective opportunities to students going through the student conduct process. Robert’s prior professional experience includes working in residence life at The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and New York University Abu Dhabi, an international branch campus in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Robert has received extensive training regarding federal and state policies related to higher education, including Title IX compliance and Clery Security Reporting. Robert received his M.S.Ed. in Higher Education from The University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. in Classics from Ohio University.

Robert’s research seeks to better understand interpersonal and sexual violence on college campuses. Outside of work and study, Robert enjoys reading for fun but not finishing the books, eating overrated food, and going to the movies.
