I completed an 18-month postdoctoral fellowship at the Medical College of Georgia, spent two years on the faculty of the University of Louisville, five years on the faculty in the Medical School at East Carolina University, and four years on the faculty of the Arnold School of Public Health at the University of South Carolina. I am now an associate professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the Wake Forest School of Medicine.
