Join the Department of Kinesiology and Health Education (KHE) for its 44th Annual Alderson Lecture and Awards Ceremony. Honoring the late C.J. (Shorty) and Mary Buice Alderson, this annual celebration welcomes prominent leaders in the field of Kinesiology and Health Education to lead the conversation around current industry trends and challenges.
This year’s keynote presenter is Marlene Dixon, professor and department head of Kinesiology and Sport Management at Texas A&M University. The awards ceremony recognizing outstanding students and exceptional faculty for their significant contributions will follow.
Light refreshments will be provided and no registration is required. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
