Karanjot Kaur

Karanjot Kaur is an international student from India who moved to the US to pursue higher education. After finishing her bachelor's, she was a project manager at the comparative cognition lab at UC San Diego, during which she conducted developmental psychology research with young Indian children. While conducting mixed-methods research studying colorism in Indian children, she became aware of the gap between research and practice. She aims to bridge this gap through her future research by studying and designing informal teacher professional development to better disseminate child development research findings.
