After obtaining a degree in Political Communication from the George Washington University in May 2023, Kate moved to UT to begin the PHELP M.Ed program. She utilizes her extensive experience in policy to develop effective and driven Higher Education strategy. Kate serves in two Assistantship positions: the VPSA Office under Dr. Soncia Reagins-Lilly and the Education, Leadership, and Policy program under Kelsey Samsel. Outside of UT, Kate is a yoga instructor, professional photographer, and loves live music.
