Laura Calderon

Laura Judith Calderon began her career in education after receiving her BIS in 1999. She received her M. Ed. in 2005. During her 23 years in education, she has served as a middle school science and English teacher, a K-8 guidance counselor and an administrator. She served as an elementary principal for five years and her school was awarded Blue Ribbon status after three years of her taking the helm. She was then promoted to the flag ship Ysleta High School in the Ysleta Independent School District where she currently serves as principal.
