Yuting Liu
Yuting Liu is a doctoral student in Special Education at The University of Texas at Austin, under the mentorship of Dr. Peng Peng. Her research focuses on mathematics anxiety, learning disabilities, cognitive and motivational processes in learning, and intervention design and evaluation. Yuting is particularly interested in developing and testing school-based interventions to support elementary students with mathematics difficulties, with an emphasis on integrating cognitive training, mindset, and mathematics instruction. She has published six meta-analysis studies examining various aspects of learning and intervention effectiveness. In recognition of her research potential, Yuting has been awarded the University Graduate Continuing Fellowship and the 2024-2025 Candace S. Bos Innovative Project Grant.
