The recent Texas Association For Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance (TAHPERD) annual conference provided cause for celebration for two members of the Department of Kinesiology and Health Education family.
Clinical Professor Emeritus Dorothy “Dolly” Lambdin received the David K. Brace Award for professional service while her daughter, Rebecca “Becca” Lambdin-Abraham, B.S. ‘08, received the Elementary Physical Education Teacher of the Year Award. The college is proud of the well-deserved recognition of Lambdins’ accomplishments.
