Helping Educators Incorporate Technology in their K-12 Classrooms

Dr. Art Markman, vice provost of academic affairs from UT Austin’s Extended Campus, discusses how the College of Education’s Learning, Equity, Action, and Design (LEAD) Stackable Graduate Certificate can help teachers close the technology gaps in their classrooms. LEAD Program Coordinator Dr. Jason Rosenblum and Austin Fruge, a high school history teacher, provided additional insight into how the program helps train educators on the best use of technology in their curriculum and in the classroom. LEAD is a 12-credit sequence of four online courses offered for both degree and non-degree seeking students.
